These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Questira, a Web3 quest campaign platform for community onboarding, campaign management, task verification, and reward-driven participation.

Acceptance

Using Questira means you agree to these terms

By accessing Questira, creating an account, launching a campaign, or participating in quests, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.

Eligibility

You are responsible for lawful use

You may only use Questira if you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement and if use of the platform is permitted in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit to the platform.

Accounts

Account security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, linked wallet access, and connected social accounts. Activity performed through your account is treated as your responsibility.

Campaigns

Operator responsibility

Campaign owners are responsible for the content, reward claims, linked destinations, and eligibility rules used in their campaigns. Questira may remove campaigns that violate law, policy, or platform safety standards.

Participation

User conduct

Users may not use automation, fraud, impersonation, manipulated proofs, spam behavior, or abusive methods to gain rewards, access, rank, or approvals on Questira.

Platform Rules

Prohibited behavior

Submitting false, stolen, misleading, or manipulated proof
Attempting unauthorized access to accounts, campaigns, APIs, or infrastructure
Posting malicious content, scripts, harmful links, or abusive materials
Using the platform for unlawful promotions, scams, or deceptive reward programs
Interfering with service availability, moderation flow, or fair participation

Rewards & Content

Questira does not guarantee third-party outcomes

Questira provides the infrastructure for campaigns and participation workflows. Reward distribution, whitelist outcomes, token allocations, community roles, and third-party campaign promises remain the responsibility of the campaign operator unless explicitly stated otherwise by Questira.

Availability

Service may evolve over time

Questira may update, limit, suspend, or remove features, campaigns, integrations, or access rights at any time to maintain safety, product quality, or legal compliance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability.

Liability

Use is provided on an as-available basis

Questira is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for indirect losses, campaign disputes, third-party service failures, or market outcomes connected to digital assets, communities, or blockchain activity.
